NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 6 November 2014 an electricity distribution licence was granted under section 6(1)(c) of the Act to Peel Electricity Networks Limited (company number 06684589) whose registered office is situated at Peel Dome, The Trafford Centre, Manchester, M17 8PL, United Kingdom, authorising it to distribute electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
