We are publishing a 28 day consultation notice under section 8A(3) of the Electricity Act 1989.
The modification will replace Section B of the standard conditions of the licence that it is minded to grant to Peel Electricity Networks with a new Section BA which would include the following amended standard conditions titled:
(a) Standard Licence Condition BA1. Not used;
(b) Standard Licence Condition BA2. Regulation of charging arrangements;
(c) Standard Licence Condition BA3. Credit Rating of Licensee; and
(d) Standard Licence Condition BA4. Indebtedness.
Representations to the proposed modification should be made in writing on or before the 8 October 2014.
