NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 23 September 2013 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to GnERGY Limited (company number 06993060) whose registered office is situated at 119 Wren Way, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 8TA, Great Britain authorising it to supply gas to any premises situated in Great Britain.
