Gas system operator incentives 2018 to 2021: Notice to modify National Grid Gas’s gas transporter licence

The Notice will amend National Grid Gas's transporter licence to extend the D-2 to D-5 Demand Forecasting, Maintenance, and Greenhouse Gas incentives to the end of the RIIO-T1 price control period.   The covering letter explains our reasons for this decision.
