National Grid Gas submitted proposals to extend and amend three gas System Operator Incentives: the D-2 to D-5 Demand Forecast, Maintenance, and Greenhouse Gas Emissions incentives.
We have decided to extend these incentives until the end of the RIIO-T1 price control period. The covering letter explains this decision in more detail. The Section 23 Notice sets out the licence changes which are required to implement this decision.
We are seeking views on the proposed licence changes set out in the Notice until 8 March 2018.
