DSO Performance Panel Call for Evidence

Later this summer, the independent DSO Performance Panel will assess the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) performance for the first year of the RIIO-ED2 price control period (April 2023-24). This call for evidence requests stakeholder input on the DNOs performance that will be used by the panel in the evaluation process in addition to the DNO’s Panel Submissions.

We welcome any feedback on performance related to the DSO Panel Evaluation Criteria, as originally determined in the DSO Governance Document. This includes areas where you feel the DNOs have met, exceeded or failed to meet any expectations. Please see the first attachment below for details in full.

Please send your feedback to RIIOED2@ofgem.gov.uk by 9 May 2024.
