In this publication, we present our provisional decision on SP Transmission’s application to enable the connection of three projects under the Medium Sized Investment Projects (MSIP) re-opener. The document also summarises the responses received from stakeholders on our minded-to -position on the MSIP projects outlined in the Consultation Documents for each of the three MSIP projects on 14 March 2022.
