We are consulting on the needs case and efficient costs for the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm Medium Sized Investment Project (MSIP) Project proposed by SP Energy Networks (SPT) under their MSIP reopener submission in January 2022. The MSIP licence condition provides for companies to make reopener submissions during the RIIO-2 price control period for projects that meet certain conditions and cost less than £100m. SPT considers that this project meets criteria SpC 3.14.6 (a) of the licence condition.
