We are modifying special condition 4.7 of the electricity transmission licence, the System Operator: Transmission Owner Optimisation output delivery incentive. The reason we are modifying special condition 4.7 is to implement the decisions outlined in our decision document published on 28 June 2023. We are also modifying special condition 1.1 Definitions and Interpretation to delete a defined term that will be redundant as a result of the modification to special condition 4.7.
