We are consulting on modifying special condition 4.7 of the electricity transmission licence, the System Operator: Transmission Owner Optimisation output delivery incentive. The reason we are proposing to modify special condition 4.7 is to implement the decisions outlined in our decision document published on 28 June 2023. The closing date for responding to this consultation is 10 December 2023. The notice also consults on a modification to special condition 1.1 Definitions and Interpretation to delete a defined term that will be redundant as a result of the proposed modification to special condition 4.7.
