Ofgem’s decision to assign Transmission System Operator (TSO) obligations under the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing (EBGL) within GB.
As part of the implementation of the EBGL Regulation in GB, Ofgem has been in the process of assigning TSO obligations to GB TSOs. The links to the decision can now be found below. The documents setting out this decision are:
