Smart Systems and Flexibility Forum

The Smart Systems and Flexibility Forum was created to help implement and steer BEIS and Ofgem’s Smart Systems and Flexibility Plan. The group takes into account wider network issues related to the evolution of the electricity system and the work of other relevant bodies, to consider any necessary actions or implications for BEIS and Ofgem’s work. It is formed of senior level experts and stakeholders in smart technologies, new business models and the energy system. This forum also takes into account previous work of the Smart Grid Forum and the Electricity Networks Strategy Group, replaced these groups.
