Notice under section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 of the grant of a gas shipper licence
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 07 April 2025 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Xenon Capital Markets Limited (company number 11033458) whose registered office is situated at 1 Canada Square, 37th Floor, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AA, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
