Following the submission of a cost-benefit analysis on Multi-Region Loose Volume Coupling design options to relevant regulatory authorities and the Specialised Committee on Energy (the SCE) in April 2021, UK and EU Transmission System Operators (TSOs) produced an additional report providing further analysis and answers to various technical questions. The National Regulatory Authorities, including Ofgem and Utility Regulator (NI) for the UK, were asked to provide informal feedback on this which we shared with relevant parties in July 2023 and now make available here.
