NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 13 September 2017 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Shell Energy Europe Limited (company number 04162523) whose registered office is situated at Shell Centre, London, SE1 7NA, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
