Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 9 December 2022 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Saltend Cogeneration Company Limited (company number 03274929) whose registered office is situated at Saltend Power Station, Saltend Chemicals Park, Hedon Road, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU12 8GA, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
