NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 3 April 2020 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to SAGE North Sea Limited (company number PB-316325) whose registered office is situated at Paget-Brown Trust Company Ltd, Boundary Hall, Cricket Square, PO Box 1111, Grand Cayman KY1-1102, CAYMAN ISLANDS, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
