This submission proposes to amend Rule 3.3 (Submitting an Application for Prequalification) to enable an Agent to represent more than one Applicant CMU. This would be achieved by the deletion of Rule 3.3.5(c). A consequent change would also be required to Rule 3.4.9 (Conduct of the Applicant).
