Research conducted for Ofgem by Ipsos MORI into the Priority Services Register and non-financial support for vulnerable energy consumers.
The objective of the research was to achieve robust findings of energy customers' awareness, experiences and expectations of non-financial support provided by energy companies to customers who might be considered vulnerable.
1,990 research interviews were conducted in February 2013, with the final report published alongside the Consumer Vulnerability Strategy in July 2013.
