The carbon dioxide transport and storage (CO2 T&S) Price Control Financial Instruments consist of the following three documents:
Under part F of Special Condition J13 of the CO2 T&S Licence, the Authority is required to publish up to date copies of the Price Control Financial Instruments on its website.
When we make changes to the Price Control Financial instruments, we track updates by changing the file name to add a new version number, for example "V1", "V2", "V3".
For the PCFM, changes to the calculations within the model represent a modification under the Special Condition J13 of the CO2 T&S Licence.
Some changes to the PCFM do not constitute a modification (for example, updating the input variable values). We will not give an update like this a unique version number. Instead, we’ll add a label to the end of the filename stating the date it was updated, using the format 'YYYYMMDD'.
The PCFM is a financial model for CO2 T&S Licensees. Licensees must use the latest versions of the PCFM when calculating the value of their Allowed Revenue.
