NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF A RESTRICTION TO AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 24 July 2024 a restriction to an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(4) of the Act to Npower Commercial Gas Limited (company registration number 03768856) whose registered office is situated at Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, England, CV4 8LG, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises situated in Schedule 1 (below).
