This proposal from National Grid suggests a review of the requirements in the Independent Technical Expert report and to write these into the rules. Changes to Rules 1.2, 6.6 and 8.3.6 are proposed. National Grid have suggested that implementation of this proposal may be delayed until after the 2015 prequalification process.
