Ofgem has written to the Chancellor of the Exchequer to detail the steps Ofgem is taking following reports of business and other non-domestic customer harm. In addition to steps taken to support customers this winter and compliance reviews on existing supplier obligations, Ofgem is launching a review into the non-domestic market, which will include a Call for Evidence to gather information from stakeholders, to determine whether further action is needed to secure a well-functioning market for non-domestic customers.
