We will always work closely with you if we are asked to share any information that relates to your organisation or your project and will apply relevant exemptions from disclosure where appropriate.
To help us in this process, when submitting information to us, please let us know if you consider any of that information to be sensitive and/or commercially confidential (and mark it appropriately) and the reasons why your organisation considers it to be sensitive and/or commercially confidential.
When giving such reasons:
Without your express written consent, or unless we are required to so by law, statutory directions, court orders, or government regulations, we will not share information that your organisation has shared with us. Your organisation must clearly identify to us, in writing, that the information is commercially confidential and provide cogent reasons why your organisation regards such information to be commercially confidential.
