This Forward Work Programme sets out how we plan to use our resources to make the greatest positive difference for consumers in the coming financial year. We consulted on a draft version between December 2016 and February 2017. The responses have been considered and where appropriate, the Forward Work Programme has been updated to provide clarification. Ofgem’s Simplification Plan 2017-18 is published within the Forward Work Programme.
