NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 09 March 2018 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Flexitricity Limited (company number SC263298) whose registered office is situated at Mainpoint, 102 West Port, Edinburgh, EH3 9DN, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
