This submission from E.ON proposes the review of the list of bodies, provided on the Certificate of Conduct (Exhibit C) to which an Applicant can disclose Capacity Market Confidential Information. Specifically it is proposed that Ofgem and the CMA should be included in the list provided on the Certificate of Conduct.
