The Electricity Market Reform dispute resolution guidance describes our process for determining disputes between National Grid and participants in the capacity market and contracts for difference mechanisms.  We have a statutory role in determining certain disputes where participants disagree with a decision made by National Grid.  This guidance provides an overview of the dispute resolution process and the procedures we will follow in making our decision.

We consulted on our draft guidance in the summer.
