This proposal from Eggborough Power Limited would make Rule 3.7.1(a) applicable to future Capacity Auctions, rather than only the first two Full Capacity Auctions. Rule 3.7.1(a) enables a New Build CMU to prequalify without holding all Relevant Planning Consents and the Legal Right to use the land, as long as these are obtained no later than 17 working days prior to the commencement of the Capacity Auction.
