Notice under section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 of the grant of a gas shipper licence
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 12 September 2024 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Eagle Seven Europe B.V. (company number 82365474) whose registered office is situated at Muiderstraat 9u, 1011 PZ, Amsterdam, Netherlands authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
