Decision to remove the formal review process on the Non-Domestic RHI

Following a consultation, the option to have a formal review following a decision made by Ofgem has been removed from the Non-Domestic RHI. The statutory review is the only review option for decisions and will be carried out by Ofgem. Our guidance has been updated to reflect this change in process.
This decision takes effect from the 1st May 2019.
