This submission proposes to amend the definition of 'Non-CMRS Distribution CMU' so that it refers to '...Generating Unit of which exports electricity to a Distribution Network...' instead of '...Generating Unit of which supplies electricity to a Distribution Network'. This is to align the terminology with that used elsewhere in the regulations and rules, and better align with commonly used terminology, such as the Balancing and Settlement Code.
