In November 2019, Ofgem carried out a poll of domestic energy consumers living in Great Britain to measure their awareness and understanding of Government policies introduced to help reduce the impact of climate change.
An online survey of 2112 domestic energy consumers was undertaken. The research was undertaken on 2nd November 2019 by DataPad on behalf of Ofgem.
