Ofgem consumer survey 2020: Decarbonisation insights
Reports, plans and updates
Achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 will require wide-scale behaviour change in multiple areas including through adoption of electric vehicles, low carbon heating solutions and shifting when energy is used (using energy flexibly).
This report presents findings from Ofgem’s 2020 Consumer Survey, measuring consumer attitudes to decarbonisation and future energy solutions. It focuses on consumer attitudes towards climate change and their intentions to change behaviour to help reduce the impact of climate change.
The full data tables are published below and the raw survey data can be provided on request. Please contact consumer.first@ofgem.gov.uk for further details.
