Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 14 February 2025 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to BROXBURN ENERGY STORAGE LIMITED (company number 12129867) whose registered office is situated at Salisbury House, Rooms 481-499, 2nd Floor Salisbury House, London Wall, London, EC2M 5SQ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
