The BETTA Progress Group (BPG) provides advice to Ofgem/DTI on development and implementation activity and progress. Its members, in addition to Ofgem and DTI, are the National Grid Company (NGC), Scottish Power Transmission Limited (SPT) Scottish 'quot;amp; Hydro Electric Transmission Limited (SHETL) and ELEXON, the Balancing and Settlement Code Company in England 'quot;amp; Wales.
