Wilcock Consulting were appointed by Ofgem in April 2004 to assess the accuracy of Transcos measurement systems for reporting the number and duration of non-contractual interruptions and overall RIGs reporting. This report is the auditors final report. Ofgem intends to use the findings of this report as one of the inputs in a review of the quality of service delivered by gas distribution networks. An initial consultation paper was published in August 2004 and both this and the responses can be found elsewhere on this page.
