This open letter welcomes the launch of the Energy Network Association (ENA) Green Recovery Scheme for the electricity distribution networks, the latest phase of the networks’ Green Recovery programme, and provides an overview of how it will work. The letter also sets out how stakeholders can provide comments on the Scheme and our proposed regulatory treatment.
