CUSC Modification Proposal CMP428 was raised on 11 January 2024 by National Grid ESO. The proposed modification seeks to change the User Commitment liabilities for onshore transmission circuits in the Holistic Network Design or future iterations of the Holistic Network Design, by removing their classification as Attributable Works.
On 21 February 2024, the proposer requested that the proposal be treated as urgent based on Ofgem’s urgency criteria. We have granted this request.
