On 18 December 2019 we consulted on the revenue collection risk associated with TNUoS charges, specifically how it could be moved from the Electricity System Operator to onshore Transmission Owners.
Having carefully considered all responses we have now decided to proceed with the allocation of TNUOS cashflow risk to onshore TOs. This document sets out our decision.
