We published a statutory consultation on 9 December 2024 setting out proposals to amend the Gas Transporter Licence held by the Gas Distribution Networks (GDNs). Our proposals set out modifications to Special Conditions 3.20 (Diversions and Loss of Development Claims Policy Re-opener) and 3.22 (New Large Load Connections Re-opener). The licence modification consultation closed on 13 January 2025 and we have published the non-confidential response.
This decision document confirms our decision to proceed with our proposals and to amend Special Conditions 3.20 and 3.22 of the Licence.
