Modifications to electricity transmission Regulatory Instructions and Guidance and Regulatory Reporting Packs for RIIO-2 Year 4

On 21 February 2025, the Authority issued a notice proposing modifications to the RIIO-2 Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) and Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRPs) for electricity transmission networks.
We are now publishing the modified versions of the RIIO-2 RIGs and RRPs following the receipt of stakeholder feedback on the notice. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the reporting requirements for network licensees and will take effect from today 10 April 2025.
For the avoidance of doubt, annual reporting information submitted in respect of the 2024 to 2025 regulatory year should comply with the RIGs and RRPs as modified.
