This direction specifies the form that ultimate controller undertakings need to be for the carbon dioxide transport and storage licence.
About this direction
The carbon dioxide transport and storage licence (the “licence”) requires licensees to get certain undertakings from each of their ultimate controllers. The licence allows us to specify the form of these undertakings, which we are doing through this direction.
