We are issuing our decision to grant a derogation under Standard Licence Condition (SLC) 46 of the Electricity Distribution Licence against the requirements of Table 2.1 of the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) Overview document. The derogation is specifically in relation to the requirements to submit the QoS HV Disaggregation data by 30 November 2024 for the data relating to the regulatory year 2023/24.
We have decided that a derogation will be granted against the RIGs requirement to submit the QoS HV Disaggregation data by 30 November 2024 for the data relating to regulatory year 2023/24. DNOs will now be required to submit this QoS HV Disaggregation data by 31 March 2025.
