On 12 August 2022, Saltend Cogeneration Company Ltd raised CUSC Modification Proposal (CMP) 396. The CUSC Panel subsequently submitted a Final Modification Report (FMR) to us on 5 January 2024. We have decided to reject CMP396 based on the FMR.
