Decision letter on supplier of last resort levy claims

The purpose of this letter is to set out feedback from stakeholders and confirm the temporary changes we set out in our letter on 30 October to the process for a Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) to make a claim for a Last Resort Supply Payment. We are making these changes as we recognise that the current market conditions are extremely challenging. We want to work collaboratively with suppliers and the wider industry to ensure that the SoLR process can continue to protect consumers.
