Decision to grant a derogation against paragraph 3.17 of the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance Annex H over Christmas 2024

We are issuing our decision to grant a derogation under Standard Licence Condition (SLC) 46 of the Electricity Distribution Licence against the requirements of paragraph 3.17 of the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) Annex H – Customer Service and Consumer Vulnerability over the Christmas period of 2024.
We have decided that a derogation covering all contact being made or service being experienced regarding work which falls within the dates of 16 and 19 December inclusive will be granted a derogation against the RIGs requirement of achieving interviews within ten working days. The interviews which fall within the dates above will, instead, be required to be processed within 17 working days.
