On 11 July 2023, National Energy System Operator (NESO) raised CUSC Modification Proposal (CMP) 415 'Amending the Fixed Price Period from 6 to 12 Months'. The CUSC Panel subsequently submitted a Final Modification Report (FMR) to us on 13 October 2024. We have decided to approve CMP415 based on the FMR.
