This is our decision to approve change proposal DCP417: Ability for DCUSA Secretariat to Raise Change Proposals in the DCUSA. In addition, in order to approve DCP417, it has been necessary to designate the DCUSA Secretariat as a party able to raise change proposals under the Electricity Distribution Licence. Therefore the associated decision letter to designate is also published.
