NGESO has a licence obligation to review its Compliance Documents and to revise these, as necessary, to ensure the documents continue to be complete and accurate in all material respects. NGESO must submit any revisions made to these documents to the Authority for approval. This letter provides the Authority’s approval of revisions to NGESO’s compliance documents.
